St Thomas’ Church (formerly Panton Street Church) is an open and friendly Christian community. We warmly welcome all who are seeking to follow Jesus and those who want to learn more about what that might mean today.

We gather together because we believe that Christianity describes the truth of what is. Its unique understanding of God and the human story fills our lives with meaning. Together, we want to grow in this faith, be more fully alive and serve others as best we can.

One thing that makes our community unique is that we make time for discussion about the sermon after each service. That’s because we want to be a place where people can ask questions and express ideas without judgement. Taking inspiration from the example of ‘doubting Thomas’, we hope those who may be unsure or even sceptical about Christian faith will feel able to come and explore Christianity.
